Lee joined APPLIED in 2021 after building 29 years of experience in national sales, distribution, and sales management for Henkel (formerly National Starch and Chemical Company). Through a channel partnership with Henkel, he collaborated regularly with APPLIED for nearly 20 years before joining the team. Having successfully driven sales growth in the industry for decades, Lee has a demonstrated history of developing strong sales teams that provide real value to customers.
A natural connector of people both in and out of the office, Lee lends his time and talents to the Alzheimer’s Association and other community outreach programs as a volunteer. He has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from University of Delaware. In his free time, Lee enjoys sports, being outdoors and traveling.
