Mike joined APPLIED Adhesives in November of 2022 to lead the Human Resources function. Prior to joining APPLIED, Mike led HR at Aldevron, a rapidly growing bio-tech in Fargo, ND, and Border States Electric, a wholesale electrical components distributor (and APPLIED partner). Earlier in his career, Mike served in roles of increasing responsibility at Whirlpool and Eaton Corporation. Mike is passionate about creating awesome employee experiences while driving individual, team, and organizational performance.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota. In his free time, Mike enjoys coaching basketball, golf, and boating with his family.
