Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate

Location: Hybrid – Minnetonka, MN

Opportunity Description:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to be part of a high-growth organization. The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for year-end and month-end financial reports, KPI tracking, building budgets and forecasts, and carrying out other ad-hoc and forward-looking analysis. A successful candidate has a track record of success in building and improving processes, analyzing complex data sets, and presenting them in easily digestible formats, and taking initiative for continuous improvement efforts. The Sr. Financial Analyst will work closely with their manager, functional leaders, organizational business units, and other subject matter experts supporting all departments in their efforts to better understand financial impact and KPIs.


  • Prepare monthly financial statements, performance reporting, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Support development of corporate level reporting for monthly operating reviews and BOD meetings
  • Be a financial business partner to multiple department leaders, providing reporting and tracking tools to measure expense performance against budget.
  • Develop & improve corporate reporting processes to support department leaders & weekly reporting needs.
  • Assist in the development of KPI reporting as business grows.
  • Participate in annual budget, ongoing forecast, and audits during the year.
  • Support in M&A integration activity as needed, including the consolidation of financials.
  • Take on key process improvement projects as identified.
  • Back-up for key accounting operations including cash application when needed.
  • Help accounting staff with month-end close activities such as post journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 2-4 years in accounting or finance entry level role
  • BA/BS in finance and/or accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Problem solving via well organized, process and data driven, logical thought-process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (primarily Excel)
