For over 50 years, APPLIED Adhesives has provided manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and fabricators across packaging, paper converting, product assembly, automotive, construction, and industrial markets more than just adhesives. Skip Jewett and Bob Houston founded APPLIED Products in 1971 as an adhesives supplier. Since then, we’ve grown exponentially and so have our offerings. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, APPLIED has become a comprehensive North American supplier of adhesives, adhesive dispensing equipment and parts, as well as service. We partner with a number of industries to provide custom adhesives solutions that fit our customers’ needs.

1971

Applied Products, Inc. was founded by Skip Jewett and Bob Houston

2005

Dan Horner and Brian Webb purchased Applied Products, Inc.

2012

Ellipse Capital Partners acquired Applied Products and merged with Ward Adhesives to form APPLIED Adhesives

2017

Goldner Hawn joined as a private equity partner, adding Adhesive Brokers Inc. and United Adhesive Products

2018

Pacific Adhesives and Prairie Technology Group acquired

2020

Premier Packaging Solutions acquired

2021

John Feriancek named President and CEO of Applied Products, Inc.

2021

Arsenal Capital Partners became the majority owner
