Austin Nichols is Chief Commercial Officer at APPLIED Adhesives, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy across sales, marketing, e‑commerce, product, and customer experience. He joined APPLIED in 2025, bringing a customer‑first approach and a track record of building high‑performing, digitally enabled commercial teams.
Before APPLIED, Austin Nichols served as CEO of ChemPoint and held senior leadership roles at Univar Solutions and Nexeo Plastics, where he focused on commercial acceleration and digital transformation.
At APPLIED, he champions a One APPLIED mindset—one team serving customers with integrated adhesive solutions, dispensing equipment, replacement parts, and expert service—while deepening partnerships with strategic suppliers.
Nichols holds a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, he’s an avid rower and runner, enjoys nordic skiing and old Volkswagens, and advocates for food‑allergy awareness.
